We stayed 7 days for the Christmas holidays. Hotel located outside Folgaria but connected by a free ski bus in front. Ample parking. Structure in typical Trentino style with comfortable spaces for the number of guests. Comfortable rooms, some elements of the bathroom need to be renovated but overall everything is very clean and pleasant. Worth highlighting is the excellent, well-equipped internal children's area, with a professional entertainer capable of entertaining adults and children. Very good cuisine, plentiful and always able to accommodate gluten-free requests. Possibility of buffet, first course and dessert. Always new. Very kind staff. A place to certainly recommend

Dream rooms. Recommended by friends we tried the chairlift hotel. Well I must say that we were literally speechless when we entered the room or perhaps I should say a small mini..... Well the photos say it all. A praise also for the service and above all the cuisine. They prepare anything to eat for the children, there is a shaded park and an internal games room for them. The hotel also has a small spa which is not included in the price. Well the prices were higher than average but perhaps they justify the rooms we were in. The location is between the center of Folgaria and the coast, you can also reach them on foot but I recommend the car. Seeing is believing

Family-run hotel 5 minutes from Folgaria. Spacious and fairly clean room (a little dust here and the find), good food although sometimes not of excellent quality, just enough breakfast (coffee and cappuccino via machine, packaged and industrial products). The big flaw found is the lack of organization towards those who are not accustomed to the mountains, lacking a proposal or a real program for newbies to the place, we constantly had to ask at the reception what could be done in the surrounding area, which was sometimes a little frustrating. Non-existent entertainment and activities advertised on the site never carried out (for example the night walk). There is no entertainment area for adults (ping pong table, table football, darts, etc.) while the children's area is reasonably well equipped with games and the garden offers a slide and a small trampoline. Recommended for those who need good support for excursions and have experience/knowledge of the place or for those who love skiing all day in winter, not recommended for those looking for a worry-free holiday. ANSWER: I will answer you in detail since the answer further increases the sense of "mockery" and dissatisfaction: - The entertainment services were not guaranteed because there was practically no entertainment other than 40 minutes of evening baby dance (from your website: we often also organize live shows outside, suggestive lanterns at night and in winter, after the closure of the slopes, real rides on board the snowcats). We have already complained about the situation on site and your response was the same, placing the blame on the external entertainment service. I would have expected, not just a discount, but at least an apology at the end of the holiday for a lack of service that we PAID for! - As regards the room, a bit of dust was found in the walk-in closet, this was not a situation or condition of extreme discomfort, I notified it to allow you to improve the service (in fact I gave the room 4 out of 5) - Not of excellent quality does not mean disgusting, the food was good but certain dishes were not the TOP, obviously here we come down to the subjective side of the question. What is objective is that breakfast featured tarts, donuts and industrial croissants. If they were made by you, I congratulate you on the precision of production! The coffee machine may be comparable to Wall-E in terms of efficiency, but I would have liked a cappuccino made by humans. - For excursions I am only now learning about the possibility of a dedicated guide and we have NEVER seen a medium mountain guide nor a weekly programme, so much so that we often asked what we could do at the reception (we were not the only ones) and the answer was either to look at posters on the noticeboard with services not provided directly by the hotel or at the moment we were thinking about some proposal suggested verbally... we often found ourselves having to search on Google for activities in the area on our own... as a solution it was enough to print a welcome program to give to customers with all the activities planned for the week (therefore planned previously with the phantom guide/animation), useful numbers etc. Maybe take it as a suggestion for next clients who will come to stay with you. Having said that, all I can do is wish you the best for the future.
